Founder, owner, president, and private practicing physician of Spears Pain & Rehab, S.C. Partnered with the OakLeaf Network of independent physicians.

Dr. Spears is a highly qualified medical professional with a strong educational background. He graduated with high honors from Michigan State University in 2009, majoring in PreMed and Psychology with a minor in Bioethics, Humanities, & Society. In 2014, he completed his medical degree at Michigan State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Spears completed his Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation residency training through the Larkin Community Hospital program in South Miami FL. He served the inpatient rehab medical director of the Sacred Heart Hospital inpatient rehab facility from 2019-2023, while also working at an outpatient Prevea PM&R clinic.

With over 13 years of clinical experience in multiple specialties, including internal medicine, family medicine, physical medicine & rehab, orthopedic surgery, spine surgery, urology, psychiatry, and psychology, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. In addition to her clinical skills, Deanna is also skilled in social networking and marketing, and manages our Facebook business page with great success.
Dianna Roy
Dianna Roy is a highly experienced certified medical assistant with over 20 years of expertise in primary care and rehabilitation patients. Her vast knowledge and skills make her an invaluable asset to any medical team. She has taken on the lead medical assistant role, taking on program development and quality control. She is training to become a Certified Nerve Conduction Technologist (CNCT) under the American Board of Electrodiagnostic Medicine (ABEM)
