Private Practice
Spears Pain & Rehab is 100% owned and operated by Dr Spears. The practice opened its doors to see patients April 1st, 2024. The interior of the clinic was designed by Dr Spears and his family with themes of comfort, safety, and accessibility.
On June 1st, 2025, the clinic has transitioned from a traditional insurance-based medical practice to a membership-based direct patient-provider care model practice.
Workers compensation insurance still accepted.
